Medical Monoplace Oxygen-Pressurized Hyperbaric Chamber
This monoplace oxygen-pressurized hyperbaric chamber is engineered for hospital-based hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), supporting clinically established treatment protocols in medical environments.
Pressurized with 100% medical-grade oxygen, the chamber delivers therapeutic oxygen concentrations at elevated atmospheric pressure levels required for standardized HBOT applications.
Unlike mild or air-pressurized hyperbaric systems, this rigid monoplace chamber achieves full clinical pressure capacity while maintaining an efficient footprint suitable for hospital installation.

Advanced Safety Systems of Our Monoplace
Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
Medical-Grade Surface Protection for Long-Term Reliability
The inner and outer surfaces of our chamber are sandblasted to a grade of Sa2.5–3.0, ensuring strong coating adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, the inner wall is coated with U.S. TNEMEC medical-grade anti-corrosion coating, which is non-toxic and odorless, making it ideal for oxygen-enriched clinical environments.
Lightweight Door System with Dual Safety Locking
Our chamber features a lightweight door design for easy and convenient operation by medical staff. It is equipped with three safety mechanisms: eccentric locking, automatic pressure locking, and mechanical locking. These effectively prevent accidental opening under pressure and maximize patient safety.
Extended Stainless Steel Stretcher System for Easier Patient Transfer
This chamber is equipped with an extended stainless steel stretcher that can be pulled out 1.6 meters, with a fixed locking device, providing ample space for safe and efficient patient transfer, especially suitable for patients with limited mobility or critical conditions.
Automatic Pressure-Activated Door Seal
The chamber uses a micro-pressure activated dual-lip seal. As the internal pressure rises, the seal expands automatically to form a tight fit between the door and the chamber frame. The higher the pressure, the stronger the sealing performance, which reduces the risk of leakage during treatment.

Oxygen Humidification System
In our hyperbaric oxygen chamber, pressurized oxygen is humidified before being delivered into the chamber, keeping the relative humidity stable at around 70% (fluctuates with temperature). The chamber is also equipped with a humidity display gauge and a spray humidification device for real-time monitoring and adjustment of the internal humidity.
Anti-Static Grounding Protection System
To ensure safe treatment for patients, our chamber is equipped with an anti-static grounding system. Patients use a conductive clip to safely discharge static electricity generated by body movement, reducing static risks in the oxygen-enriched environment.
External Circulation Climate Control System
The chamber is equipped with an external circulation heating and cooling system. This design prevents refrigerant leakage into the chamber and reduces the risk of long-term corrosion caused by internal condensation or component aging. In addition, the circulating air system is fitted with a fireproof protective screen to further enhance safety in high-oxygen therapy environments.
Computerized Automated Control System
The chamber is equipped with a computerized automated control system designed for precise and stable operation in clinical settings. The system enables automated pressure regulation, real-time parameter monitoring, and controlled decompression processes, reducing reliance on manual intervention.
Conditions Treated with Our Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers
Our medical monoplace hyperbaric oxygen chamber is designed to support standardized hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) protocols used in hospital and clinical settings. It is commonly
applied in the management of the following conditions, in accordance with established medical guidelines:
Emergency & Acute Medical Conditions
- Carbon Monoxide (CO) Poisoning
- Decompression Sickness
- Gas Embolism
- Crush Injuries
- Severe Anemia (when blood transfusion is not possible)
- Acute Traumatic Ischemia
These conditions often require prompt hyperbaric intervention at therapeutic pressure levels, which oxygen-pressurized monoplace chambers are specifically designed to deliver.
Chronic Wounds & Soft Tissue Injuries
- Diabetic Foot Ulcers
- Radiation-Induced Tissue Damage
- Pressure Ulcers
- Chronic Refractory Osteomyelitis
- Compromised Skin Grafts and Flaps
- Post-Surgical Wound Infections
HBOT is widely used as an adjunctive therapy to enhance oxygen delivery to hypoxic tissues and promote wound healing.
Neurological & Hypoxic Conditions
- Ischemic Stroke (adjunct therapy)
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy
- Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss
- Cerebral Palsy (supportive therapy)
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may assist in improving oxygen supply to compromised brain tissue under controlled medical supervision.
Rehabilitation & Post-Surgical Recovery
- Post-Operative Recovery Support
- Sports-Related Soft Tissue Injuries
- Radiation Therapy Complications
- Selected Inflammatory Conditions
In rehabilitation settings, HBOT may be integrated into comprehensive treatment programs to support tissue repair and functional recovery.

Oxygen-Pressurized vs Air-Pressurized Hyperbaric Chambers
Oxygen-pressurized hyperbaric chambers are widely used for standardized single-patient HBOT due to their compact structure and cost efficiency. However, some hospitals and large
medical institutions may require multi-place air-pressurized systems for higher patient capacity and clinical flexibility.

FAQ
Q: Does the equipment use pure oxygen or pressurized air?
A: Our hyperbaric oxygen chamber uses 100% medical oxygen for pressurization.
Q: Is this device a medical-grade hyperbaric oxygen chamber?
A: Yes. This device is a medical-grade hyperbaric oxygen chamber, designed for clinical treatment environments, not for home or healthcare use.
Q: What is the footprint of this chamber?
A: Compared with traditional large multi-place hyperbaric chambers,
our monoplace hyperbaric chamber is available in three main sizes:
• 900 mm × 2827 mm × 1600 mm
• 900 mm × 2753 mm × 1600 mm
• 900 mm × 2600 mm × 1600 mm
They feature a small footprint and high space utilization, making them much easier to integrate into existing hospital layouts.
Q: Can this pressure chamber be customized for specific hospital projects?
A: Yes. We also offer OEM/ODM services. Customization includes pressure range, chamber size, door configuration, and more. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your customization requirements.
Q: What pressure range does the monoplace chamber support?
A: We offer several models of monoplace hyperbaric oxygen chambers. The Transparent Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber supports a maximum pressure of 2.5 ATA.
