Material Procurement
Procure all critical cabin materials, including structural steel, doors, fittings, and auxiliary items such as seals, piping, electrical components, and instruments, to support subsequent production.
Manufacturing & In-Process Testing
Components are machined, welded, and formed, followed by surface treatment for integrity and airtightness. Flaw detection is then performed to check weld strength and reliability.
System Integration Testing
After assembly, the hyperbaric chamber undergoes pressure, airtightness, and system performance tests. Civilian chambers are validated at our factory, while medical chambers also require third-party verification.
Packaging & Delivery
Goods are securely packaged to meet transport requirements and delivered to your designated location, ensuring safe and reliable shipment.
